Vendor Terms & Conditions

Setup

• Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of their booth.
• Vendors can start the setup on Friday June 23rd from 6PM and should finish no later than 10AM on June 24th
• Booth fees are based on a 10’x10’ footprint.
• Vendors must stay within the booth space, including side awnings, walkways, etc.
• All tents must be appropriately weighted down and will be subject to inspection. Each end of the tent must be secured with a heavy weight like a concrete block/sand bag/ other equivalent height weight. Each tent will be inspected by the Redmond Fire Department, If each end of the tent is not firmly secured, the fire department MAY NOT allow the vendor to setup booth.

Food Sample VENDORS

• All food given away, or promoted at the event must be vegetarian or vegan or raw food. No meat, fish, fowl (flesh, fat, broth, or gelatin), eggs.
• Vendors must have signage clearly identifying the name of the vendor..
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at the event
• Vendors must have Food Service Permit with King County Health Department
• All food vendors must use compostable service ware. No Styrofoam or single-use plastic will be permitted.
• All tables must be covered with tablecloths. Vendors must provide their own tablecloths
• All food vendors who are cooking/heating onsite and/or have a refrigerator must each have a
  fire extinguisher by order of the Fire Marshal (can be a small fire extinguisher — need not be
  large)

PETS

• All animal rescue groups or other groups bringing animals must have animals on leashes or in cages. Cages shall have something on bottom to collect the animals’ waste.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

• Vendors are not allowed to solicit funds or donations at the festival.
• Amplified music or speaking, and televisions are not allowed on festival grounds.
• Vegfestwa reserves the right to restrict any activities that interfere with public access and/or Festival programming.
• Restriction violations may result in immediate removal from the festival site as well as denial of entry into any future festivals.
• Vegfestwa reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion refund the money.
• No refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather.
